Santiago de Compostela to Porto, Portugal – 3.65km

You know they do, but inside a bus during a bus washing. A bit of laughing. Bus driver takes a 14 minute break in Pontevedra which we guess is a translation problem – 40 minute break and then one passenger is late getting back?????

Coming into Porto and the hills are steep so we opt for a taxi to get to our hotel for the next few days and get our bearings. Nice hotel but we have two rooms for 4 days. Is Beth telling me to sleep in separate quarters for the next few days? Hmmm!

Wash clothes and have a disappointing dinner. As opposed to Spain all the shops pretty much close up at 7pm so catch up on blogs and reading and study up on what to do for the next 3 days.
